We kindly request you to read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.

Service Nature

ParishConnect App is a digital platform specifically designed for Christian parishes to manage member profiles, notifications, directories, and community engagement. Once a parish registers and the service is activated, setup, customization, and resource allocation begin immediately.

Refund Policy

• ◉    We do not offer refunds once the service has been purchased and activated.
• ◉    All payments made towards Parish Connect services are final and non-refundable.
• ◉    Refunds are not applicable for partial usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after activation.
• ◉    In rare cases where a technical issue prevents service delivery, and no resolution is possible, a refund may be considered after review.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only:

• ◉    If the service has not been activated.
• ◉    If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake.
